The subsidiary of Life Technologies (India) Private Limited had also won earlier battles at National Arbitration Forum, USA (Case #1363891 and 1363893 of 2011)〔http://www.udrpsearch.com/naf/1363891〕 against Invitrogen Corporation (predecessor company of Thermo Fisher Scientific Corporation's acquisition), regarding ownership of few other brand names and related domains.
